Office Orientation

Our greatest goal is to give you the healthy, straight, beautiful smile that you’ve always wanted. We understand that choosing to receive orthodontic care is a big decision, and we respect your reasons for wanting to improve the way you look and feel. Our practice will work with you every step of the way to make sure that your orthodontic care is as rewarding as possible. Our practice utilizes the latest technology, offering a variety of safe and gentle treatment options to give you the customized, individual care you deserve.

The Initial Consultation

Your first visit is aimed at getting an understanding of your oral health and teeth positioning. We will review your medical history and conduct a thorough exam, with x-rays, to get a comprehensive look at your mouth. This will help us decide whether or not orthodontic treatment is necessary. If so, we can discuss various options and decide which one is right for you! We will listen to your financial needs and create a plan that is catered specifically to you. This is the first step towards your new smile!

What’s Next?

After your initial consultation, you will need to complete the orthodontic records and schedule an appointment with our orthodontist to begin treatment. Your next visit will be to get your orthodontic appliances, and our staff will be here to answer any questions or concerns you may have. This appointment usually takes about an hour.

Regular visits to the office are very important in order to stay on schedule with your treatment. You should come in every four to ten weeks to have adjustments made to your appliances. We are here to work with your schedule, so please let us know what days and times are best for you! If something comes up, just give us a call. We will try our best to make changes to your appointment or reschedule.

It is important to visit your regular dentist during this time as well. Your oral health can be compromised if you don’t clean your braces properly, so make sure you make appointments with a general dentist too! They are usually scheduled every six months to ensure your teeth are staying clean.

Financial Info

One of the first questions we receive is ‘how much will braces cost?’ While the cost of orthodontic treatment varies depending on each patient’s condition, we are ready to help you find a plan that can fit your budget and needs. We will work with you so that you know what to expect before beginning treatment.  For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards and insurance plans.

If you are using insurance to cover a portion of your treatment, our office is here to help with paperwork and insurance claims. Please let us know what we can do to make this experience a smooth one!
