Norma has been in the Orthodontic field since 1992 and has worked at Sound Orthodontics since 1996. She can do every role in the office except be the doctor, and she is now one of the office managers. During her free time she enjoys hanging out with friends and family and going out.

Rachel has been with Sound Orthodontics since 2007 and can help you with all your financial and insurance needs. She loves being a mom, spending time with family and friends, and traveling as much as she can!

Erin
Scheduling | Financial Coordinator
Erin has been in the orthodontic field since 2007 and can do just about every role in the orthodontic office. Her current position is the financial coordinator for all Sound Orthodontics offices. Erin loves watching a patient’s confidence grow through their smile transformation. Outside of work, you’ll find her at the gym or in her kitchen creating new recipes.
Dog Lover: She has 2 dogs: a boxer named Pearl and a corgi named Vinnie who loves to paddleboard

Maria has an extensive background in customer service and has been a part of our team since 2020. Maria has always enjoyed meeting new people and learning about their lives and backgrounds. Maria loves to travel and is always preparing for her next big adventure. Maria enjoys cooking local cuisine whether national or international.

Scheduling Coordinator
Missy has been a part of the Sound Orthodontics Team since 2024. All three of her daughters were former patients and she knew early on that she wanted to work with this amazing and fun team. When she’s not working, she enjoys crafting, reading, going to her girls’ activities, and playing golf with her husband and daughters.

Haley
Orthodontic Technician | Scheduling Coordinator
Haley graduated from Washington State University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications in 2022. She has worked in both professional and medical settings and has been in the orthodontic field since 2020, and has experience in every area of the office. Haley loves spending as much of her free time as possible outdoors with her family.

Born and raised in Seattle, Vanessa has been a dental assistant since 2016 and absolutely loves working in orthodontics and getting to know her patients. When she is not working, you can find her tending to her garden with her son and her dog Louie.

Lauren
Orthodontic Technician | Treatment Coordinator
Lauren was born and raised in the Puget Sound area and attended WSU. Lauren Previously worked in customer service and is working toward a future degree in the medical field. Lauren initially came to Sound Orthodontics in 2023 for a consultation, but hit it off with the team and was offered a position to join. When not in the office, she enjoys exploring the outdoors and experimenting in the kitchen, putting her multiple years of culinary experience to good use.

Carly has been an Orthodontic Technician with Sound Orthodontics since 2005. Her experience and knowledge help to create an outstanding patient experience. In addition to transforming beautiful smiles chair-side, Carly is also a part of our wonderful lab team and is involved in the fun 3D printing process. She truly enjoys all aspects of her job and is fortunate to work alongside amazing doctors and team members.

Jasmine joined our team in 2019 and is knowledgeable in many areas of the office. Outside of the office, Jasmine helps make orthodontic appliances and is a professional cake decorator and owner of Cake Flower Shop, a business she has run out of her home since 2013. Hawley Retainers and novelty cakes and cheesecake are her specialties.

Areveyi completed her dental assistant program in 2008 but has been working in the orthodontic field since 2021. She has worked in both medical and dental offices. She is passionate about the care she provides her patients, and loves getting to know new families. Outside of work, Areveyi enjoys spending time hiking and exploring new places with her children and family.

Allie has been in the orthodontic field since 2018. She is originally from Kent, Ohio but moved to Seattle in 2022. When she’s not at work she’s reading or exploring with her wife and their 2 dogs, Hammy and Monte Cristo.

Amy completed her orthodontic treatment with our doctors in 2018 and joined our team as an orthodontic assistant in 2023. Veronica has been an orthodontic assistant since 2016, and joined the Sound Orthodontic team in early 2024. Originally from the Tri-Cities area Veronica moved to the west side of the state in search of new adventures.
